You must be 18 years or older to use FLOCKR. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

3. Event Sharing

FLOCKR allows you to create, join, and share events. You are solely responsible for the content of events you create.

• Public Events are visible to others within the platform.
• Private Events are accessible only to invited users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FLOCKR for:

• Posting unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Spamming, phishing, or impersonating others.
• Uploading viruses or harmful code
• Violating the rights of others

FLOCKR reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Location Data

We use Google Maps to help users select and navigate to event locations. By using this feature, you agree to Google’s Maps Platform Terms of Service.

6. Contributions and Payments

While FLOCKR currently does not process payments, future updates may introduce contribution features via third-party providers such as Stripe. Terms for payments will be updated accordingly when implemented.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you’ve violated these terms. You can also delete your account at any time via your profile settings or by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

FLOCKR is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including issues related to events, location services, or user-generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
